Our Story
Augustus Payroll Services was established in 2022 by owner Kay Augustus (MCIPPdip). Kay has 22 years’ experience of working in Payroll after choosing it as a profession when she first started work at 16.
She has a wealth of experience within many different industries as well as in a Bureau environment. In 2022 Kay achieved her CIPP Degree in Payroll Management and obtained full membership to The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.

How We Can Help You
Payroll isn’t just pressing buttons once a month, here is a list of SOME of the process’ we carry out:
- Download and apply all tax coding noticed from HMRC
- Load all payroll input into our tailor-made input spreadsheet
- We will calculate starter and leaver adjustments
- Check the payroll’s accuracy
- Produce management reports tailored to your requirements in either excel or pdf formats
- Prepared payment files and send them to you for authorisation
- Liaise with you’re accountant to provide them with the information they require!
- Make payments to employees using our 90 second transfer portal
- Issue e-payslips through email or via your personalised app.
- Prepare P45s for leavers
- Arrange PAYE Payment and Attachment of Earnings Payments where necessary

- We will work to schedules agreed with you
- Respond to any queries raised quickly
- Prepare all year end documentation such as P35s, P14s, P60’s and submit electronically to HMRC.
- Look after your P11D reporting requirements where necessary.
- 90 Second Bank Payments to employees, HMRC, and Attachment of Earnings.
