What is Pensions Auto-Enrolment?

It’s a government led scheme to help provide employees with a pension fund. Employees are assessed under certain criteria, and when eligible they are automatically enrolled into your chosen scheme. To be eligible employees must:

  • Be a worker earning over £10,000 per year (£833 per month or £192 per week)
  • Aged 22 and over but under state pension age
  • Be a UK Resident

Our auto enrolment management service will:

  • Set up Pension schemes for new clients, helping you to administer a plan that ensures you meet your obligations.
  • Automatically enrol eligible jobholders and produce Auto-enrollment Letters electronically, so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.
