Our experts can manage your employer duties such as auto enrolment and Declarations with The Pensions Regulator to save you time and avoid penalties from this complex sector.
Pensions auto-enrolment is a complex task and can be incredibly time consuming for a business to administer correctly. Augustus Payroll Services can run this process like clockwork, making your day more productive and your business effective by outsourcing your auto enrolment.
As an employer you are responsible to ensure you enrol your team members into a suitable pension scheme. At Augustus Payroll Services we make running your pension scheme easy freeing you from unnecessary, complicated administration to have more time to grow your business.
What is Pensions Auto-Enrolment?
It’s a government led scheme to help provide employees with a pension fund. Employees are assessed under certain criteria, and when eligible they are automatically enrolled into your chosen scheme. To be eligible employees must:
- Be a worker earning over £10,000 per year (£833 per month or £192 per week)
- Aged 22 and over but under state pension age
- Be a UK Resident
Our auto enrolment management service will:
- Set up Pension schemes for new clients, helping you to administer a plan that ensures you meet your obligations.
- Automatically enrol eligible jobholders and produce Auto-enrollment Letters electronically, so you don’t have to deal with the paperwork.
- Manage Opt-ins and Opt-outs, plus their re-imbursed payments where necessary.
- Periodically re-enrol eligible jobholders that are not in a workplace pension scheme.
- Provide employees with TPR approved assessment letters and deductions of contributions through the payroll.
- Register your company with The Pensions Regulator (where required).
- Work with The Pensions Regulator to ensure that your auto-enrolment process remains up to date and compliant.
